Hobo Or Not A Hobo?

So what say you, America! Is this a hobo, or not? Why, or why not? I've got the answer, but I'll give you a day or two to show your work.

I'm pretty sure that this is not a hobo. The main reason is the hat (like with the first "hobo or not a hobo" question). If I had to guess, I would say this is "moonshiner".
